ICEBAR Copenhagen is made from ice sourced from the Torne River, a waterway located in northern Sweden and Finland that delineates the border between both nations. To preserve the interior, the bar maintains a chilly -5°C (23°F) throughout the year, and guests are provided with a warm cape and gloves upon entry. This ensures a cozy experience while shielding the ice from body warmth.
Recently, ICEBAR Copenhagen opened its doors with an entry fee and a 30-minute duration limit for patrons. While comfortably seated in your robe (on an ice block), this time is enough to relish a cocktail and appreciate the carved sculptures and engraved illustrations surrounding the bar.
