Blackpink’s Lisa Reveals ‘Viva La Lisa’ Las Vegas Residency
A groundbreaking moment is approaching for K-pop enthusiasts. Artist Lisa, primarily recognized as a member of the K-pop ensemble Blackpink, will headline a Las Vegas residency later this year. With this event, the “Rockstar” performer will make history as the first K-pop musician to hold a Las Vegas residency, whether independently or as part of a group.
Titled “Viva La Lisa,” the residency is scheduled to occur at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace over two weekends: November 13 and 14, and November 27 and 28. The singer and White Lotus actress revealed the shows on Instagram, accompanied by an enticing poster for the occasion.
The announcement of the residency follows over a year after Lisa’s inaugural solo album, Alter Ego, was launched. The album achieved the No. 1 position on the Top Album Sales chart and the No. 7 position on the Billboard 200. More recently, Lisa rejoined her Blackpink colleagues, after a year of pursuing solo projects, to record and release their Deadline EP last month.
For fans eager to obtain tickets for one of the performances, registration for the presale on the event page on Live Nation is required before Sunday, April 19 at 10 p.m. PT. The presale will commence on April 22 at 10 a.m. PT. No codes will be distributed, as queue access will be linked to the user’s account. The general sale will initiate on April 23 at 10 a.m. PT.
