**Win a Picasso for Charity: Support Alzheimer’s Research**

A unique opportunity awaits art aficionados and philanthropists alike, as Pablo Picasso’s “Tête de Femme (Head of a Woman)” (1941) is set to be raffled for approximately $117 a ticket. This initiative, part of the “1 Picasso for 100 Euros” charity auction, aims to support Alzheimer’s research at the Fondation Recherche Alzheimer, a leading institution in France dedicated to studying the disease.

The artwork, a gouache on paper, boasts an estimated value of €1 million (~$1.17 million) and offers the rare chance to own a piece of art history. The raffle is open to up to 120,000 participants, with the drawing scheduled for April 14 at Christie’s in Paris.

Established in 2004, the foundation supports clinical research across numerous institutions in France and Europe, focusing on discovering risk factors and expanding research capabilities.

This charitable effort echoes past successes. In its first edition, it raffled “L’Homme au Gibus” (1914), aiding the restoration at Tyre, Lebanon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The second edition saw “Nature Morte” (1921) help rehabilitate wells in Africa.

Opera Gallery has supplied this year’s artwork, with its legitimacy endorsed by the Picasso Estate and Administration. Dr. Olivier de Ladoucette, Fondation Recherche Alzheimer’s President, expressed hopes to raise substantial funds for advancing research, offering new hope to affected families.

Participants have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of many, while possibly acquiring a priceless piece of art.
