Artist Sets Up Lively Bright Mesh Installation Within Church

In 2012, artist Tomislav Topić discovered a messy assortment of strings and ropes from his college days, tucked away in his studio and untouched for almost two years. This find turned out to be crucial—when he was asked to participate in an urban arts festival, he breathed new life into this neglected material with “33,000 Feet,” a large installation that shaped his artistic journey, introducing him to the moiré effect.
