Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair to Take Place at Powerhouse Arts This Spring

The Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair is set to return with its second edition from April 9 to 12, 2026, at Powerhouse Arts in Gowanus. This event, presented in collaboration with Fine Arts Baltimore, focuses solely on fine art printmaking. Following its successful debut, the fair will feature over 50 exhibitors and a range of programming, including a notable juried national print exhibition organized by the MGC Community Print Studio to celebrate its 40th anniversary. This exhibition, located in the Small Hall, was selected through an open call and adds a curatorial aspect to the fair.
The fair will see expanded academic participation with printmaking departments from various U.S. institutions joining the event. This aligns with its mission to foster education, production, and engagement, enhancing Brooklyn’s status as a hub for contemporary printmaking.
Public programming is integral to the fair, with talks, demonstrations, guided tours, and community activities aimed at fostering dialogue across artists, collectors, and the public. The fair’s setting within Powerhouse Arts, a notable arts fabrication facility, emphasizes the importance of material knowledge and collaboration in printmaking.
