Mercedes-Benz Partners with Binghatti to Create Urban Development in Dubai

Mercedes-Benz has historically stood as a symbol of luxury within the automotive sphere, and now its chic design is extending beyond the confines of vehicles. The brand has collaborated with Binghatti, a luxury real estate developer based in Dubai, to introduce their second joint venture, titled Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City in the UAE.

This “city within a city” draws inspiration from the rich legacy of Mercedes-Benz design, which influences every aspect of the complex, from the facades to the interior setup. Spanning nearly 9 million square feet, Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City includes over 13,000 residences, along with green spaces, swimming pools, fitness and sports amenities, and recreational areas such as a ballroom, event space, and a private cinema lounge.

The essence of Mercedes-Benz permeates all interior areas, featuring graphic motifs as a central theme. A foundational black and silver color scheme is enhanced with leather and wood to foster a welcoming yet refined ambiance. “Residences are crafted to elevate the everyday experience through precise detailing and advanced technology integration,” the design team states.

The development comprises 12 towers, all unified by a consistent architectural style and named after concept vehicles that epitomize the Mercedes-Benz design ideology. These include the groundbreaking Mercedes-Benz Vision One-Eleven, the historic Vision Mercedes Simplex, the sophisticated Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6, and the renowned Vision AVTR. The prominent central structure is named Vision Iconic.

“Our partnership with Mercedes-Benz is evolving from standalone buildings into a fully integrated Masterplan Community,” comments Muhammad BinGhatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers. “Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City embodies our mutual goal to transform how branded living is experienced on a large scale, where design, innovation, and community converge to redefine the future of urban life in Dubai.”
