The Displate Halloween Challenge is an engaging contest designed to celebrate the creativity and enthusiasm of Displate users during the Halloween season. This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern participation in the challenge. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these rules.

**1. Eligibility:**
The Displate Halloween Challenge is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Displate, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

**2. Entry Period:**
The challenge begins on October 1st and ends on October 31st. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

**3. Theme:**
Participants are required to create artwork that embodies the spirit of Halloween. The artwork should adhere to the specified theme announced on Displate’s official channels.

**4. Submission Guidelines:**
– Entries should be original works created by the participant.
– Submissions must be in digital format and compatible with Displate’s upload requirements.
– Each participant can submit up to three artworks.
– Entries must not contain any explicitly offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material.

**5. Intellectual Property:**
By submitting an entry, participants grant Displate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the artwork for promotional purposes. Creators retain ownership of their work.

**6. Judging Criteria:**
Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and artistic quality. The judging panel will be composed of Displate staff and guest judges.

**7. Prizes:**

**8. Notification of Winners:**
Winners will be notified via email and announced on Displate’s website and social media channels by November 15th.

**9. Publicity:**

**10. Limitation of Liability:**
Displate is not responsible for any technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other causes that affect the entry process, administration, or determination of winners.
